check your account on origin first, your product key should be displayed. when you first played before, origin keeps the product key. even if you lose it, so take a look at origin.

oh, that website is unknown to me. weird website. you have probably have to talk to them where you bought it from. first time hearing of cj-keys.com, the website just doesn't look like they sale games. hopefully that is the real product key.

I managed to find the cd key but when I enter it it says that it has already been used, shouldnt I be able to use as many times as I like?

the cd key can only be use once, if you have use it on origin before. it should have kept a history of the game on origin. either someone sold you a used key, and not told you. hopefully you didn't get rip off.

But I used the key before so why hasn't origin kept a record of my having the game? Just look at my battlelog page and you can quite clearly see that I have had the game

it does look like you played the game, you have to talk to ea about your product why it isn't working. they might have a record of your game. they probably want you to show your product key, they might need to track down about your game. are you using the same account? if you are using a different account, go back to you old account.

Doesn't matter dude, got it to work :) I had a Battlefield 3 shortcut on my desktop I clicked on it and then suddenly it took me to origin and there battlefield was :L Thanks for your help man :)
